Within CISO, the Vulnerability Operations (VO) Team is responsible for managing and improving Vulnerability Threat Management (VTM) globally, providing oversight and coordination for the highest criticality vulnerabilities, and for managing the vulnerability lifecycle for technology products owned within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational support for antivirus/malware technologies like **CrowdStrike, Trellix, Zscale**r, Checkpoint Harmony, MS defender and other in scope.
- Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals.
- Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes.
- Advise or mentor junior team members
- Coordinate with cross-functional Operations and Technology (O&T) counterparts and teams to improve O&T risk oversight
- Ensure non-compliant items are addressed through coordination with Business Manager and business staff
- Establish communication channels with cross-sector partners to efficiently tackle security issues that span multiple businesses

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience at a bank or financial institution preferred
- Strong experience in Cyber Security and antivirus/malware technologies in the following technologies (**CrowdStrike, Trellix, Zscale**r)
- ** Information Security Certifications or willingness to earn within 12 months of joining**:

- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Scripting and Programming Languages preferred
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
