**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

An Expeditor synchronizes and facilitates the flow of work and materials between and within a company's departments. Expeditors examine production and assign work to ensure compliance with production plans. This may include liaising with management to establish work progress.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ø Growing professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.

Ø Assist production planner and procurement in expediting task

Ø Collaborating with production and supply chain to prepare for production meetings.

Ø Liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Ø Receiving shipments of materials, and examining deliveries to ensure accurate quantities, quality, and specifications.

Ø Facilitating flow of materials between various departments and parties.

Ø Examining job cost reports for inconsistencies, such as mischarges.

Ø Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse.

Ø Meeting and collaborating with management to assess reliability of suppliers and vendors, and to identify solutions for ongoing problems.

Ø Performing clerical duties, and maintaining accurate records and files of activities.

Ø Following established guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures.

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**

1. Excellent computer skills.

2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

3. Proficient understanding of materials and services procurement.

4. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. Experience in utilizing ERP is advantage

6. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.

**QUALIFICATION GUIDE**

1. Education : Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or any related course

2. Experience : is Advantage

3. Communication : Good communication skills in English and/or Chinese

4. Hardware/Software : Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)
