**Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Investment Services Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for an Aladdin implementation project. As the Functional Lead BA, you will serve as a crucial role in providing strategic expertise in investment services. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, including trading, risk management, technology, and operations, to gather requirements and drive the implementation of the Aladdin, eFront and other investment service platforms. Your role will involve analyzing complex business challenges, proposing effective solutions, and managing the functional aspects in full lifecycle of the implementation project.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly portfolio managers and traders, to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, portfolio managers, risk managers, and technology teams, to understand complex business challenges and requirements related to multi-asset trading and investment services.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of financial asset classes and their life cycles, staying up to date with market best practices.
- Partner with vendors and other internal workstreams to integrate Aladdin/eFront platform that align with business requirements. This includes preparing proposals, driving development, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to optimize operations and enhance investment services.
- Drive the development and enhancement of investment services, including the implementation of the Aladdin and eFront platforms, TCA solution, and other connectivity solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key vendors and technology partners, leveraging their expertise to enhance investment services and drive desired outcomes.
- Embrace an open-minded approach, actively listening to and considering different views from stakeholders to make decisions that maximize customer satisfaction and create win-win solutions.
- Execute initiatives with discipline and transparency, balancing the need for change and driving desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to execute the strategic goals for the implementation project.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for leveraging new opportunities in investment services.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- Minimally 8 - 10 years of extensive experience in the asset management industry, with a focus on investment services and multi-asset trading.
- Proven track record of successfully analyzing complex business challenges and proposing effective investment service solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-leading systems such as Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, and Eagle, is highly desirable, along with a good understanding of FIX protocol and EMS connectivity.
- Experience with workflow automation (e.g. RPA, NPL, ML, AI) is an asset.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in asset classes, including fixed income, equities, derivatives, and funds, along with an understanding of risk analytics methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively break down problems into root causes and address underlying issues.
- Excellent written and oral skills, with experience in writing business requirements, creating presentations, and building business cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think long-term and contribute to the overall investment services strategy of the organization.
