**Job summary**:
The Legal Executive will be responsible to provide legal and administrative support including but not limited to reviewing and drafting contracts, documents, agreement (local and overseas), and other correspondence.

**Job description**:
Drafting and management of documents such as contracts, agreements, and other correspondence.
Summarizing cases and preparing reports for lawsuits.
Conducting research, investigating facts, and developing legal arguments.
Drafting contracts, depositions, and pleadings.
Format and edit letters, memos, and presentations.
Review and ensure that documents are accurate as well as complete prior production.
Manage and gather hard copy of original work papers and other important documents.

**Job requirements**:
Must have a Bachelors degree in Law.
At least 4 years of working experience in legal functions.
Experienced in E-filing via E-litigation and Integrated Case Management Systems (ICMS)
Experienced in Conducting ACRA search, QuestNet, and legal research using LawNet and Lexis Nexis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Strong proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
