We are looking for a marketing specialist to join our team. As a marketing specialist, you will assist in developing and executing marketing plans, coordinating and managing marketing projects, conducting market research, managing brand image, analyzing sales and marketing data, and other related work.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, including the selection of target markets and channels, as well as the development of budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects, including advertising, promotional activities, public relations, and other related activities.
- Assist in conducting market research to understand market demand and competitors, and develop corresponding strategies.
- Assist in managing brand image promotion, including brand logos, slogans, website design, etc.
- Analyze sales and marketing data, write data analysis reports, and make decisions and adjust strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business management, or related fields.
- More than 1 year of marketing or related work experience, with experience in managing teams preferred.
- Familiar with the basic principles and skills of marketing, including market research, target market selection and positioning, brand management, market promotion, etc.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with different personnel and teams.
- Passionate about marketing work, innovative and enterprising, able to withstand work pressure and challenges.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, able to handle cross-cultural communication and cooperation.
- Proficient in using tools such as ChatGPT for content production.
