Keppel Infrastructure provides solutions for some of the world’s most pressing challenges through its power & renewables, environment and new energy businesses by leveraging its proprietary technology, strong technical expertise and proven operating capabilities. The intern will be responsible in the following: - Collect Operations Data for analysis. - Simplify Operations Documents, WI/RA. - Participate in Technical discussion giving input from Technical perspective. Learning Outcomes and Opportunities: - Exposure to various Water Technologies and associated Equipments by: - Working on current technology and opportunity for exposure to new technologies, processes and equipment within an operational plant. - Gain an understanding of the basic mechanisms within each sub-process and objectives to be achieved. - Build up competencies by cross-training with Engineers and Technicians - Opportunity to practise effective communications at various levels by participating in regular discussions and exchange of ideas with experienced plant personnel, understanding view points and concerns from both Operations and Maintenance perspectives. - Opportunity to interact with a diverse workforce from various nationalities. - Look into Operations and Efficiency initiatives - Study the measurement, analyses and diagnostics of existing processes and look into improvements for higher efficiency and productivity for the plant. - Perform benchmarking for best practices and standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements: - Currently Studying Mechanical and/or Chemical Engineering. - Interest to advance in Plant Process and Environement. - Outgoing and have a can do spirit.
