**Your role and responsibilities**:
1. Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of offshore testers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle.

2. Test Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and maintain the QA strategy and approach, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technological advances. Design detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases for both manual and automated testing.

3. Automation & Tooling:

- Lead efforts in automation, ensuring efficient coverage for web and mobile platforms.
- Select and manage tools and technologies to facilitate efficient and effective testing. Maintain an awareness of new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices, and incorporate them where beneficial.

4. Quality Standards & Documentation:

- Establish, promote, and maintain quality standards and processes across the QA team. Ensure comprehensive test documentation is produced, maintained, and regularly reviewed.

5. Execution & Monitoring:

- Oversee and participate in the execution of test plans, ensuring thoroughness and timeliness. Monitor test results, identifying patterns, and ensuring issues are prioritized and addressed promptly.

6. Feedback & Improvement:

- Provide clear, actionable feedback to development and product teams based on testing results. Regularly review and refine QA processes, keeping abreast of industry standards and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

**What we expect from you**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead position.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or PlayWright.
- Experience with leading offshore teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
