**As our visual effects artist, you will be**:

- Working with cross-functional teams - including our visual effects director and team, various departments, and team leaders - to achieve the desired visual effects, handling the complexity of composite shots within deadlines
- Coming up with creative solutions to meet project requirements and enhance visual storytelling
- Developing and executing high-quality visual effects, including simulations, particle effects, and dynamic elements, ensuring seamless integration into the final output
- Managing small-scale projects independently, with producer support, to deliver final visual effect shots meeting company and client standards
- Handling other tasks, including but not limited to, masking/cleanup, matchmoving/post-motion capturing, compositing and colour grading, basic effects generation, basic 3D lighting rendering (in correlation to matchmoving)

**Here’s what you will need to have**:

- A strong artistic and aesthetic sense, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling content
- Proven experience in the visual effects pipeline from production to post-production
- Strong understanding of compositing principles and techniques - with experience in match moving, rotoscoping, grading, and compositing
- Proficiency in compositing software such as After Effects, Nuke, or Fusion
- Basic understanding and operation of 3D software such as Maya, Blender, or C4D
- Ability to operate simulation software such as Houdini
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends - including techniques and technologies - and adopt more efficient workflows
- Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Manage your time efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work
