**Job Description** About the role**

As a **Watch Appraiser**, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our luxury watch portfolio. If you are passionate about luxury watches, thrive in a dynamic environment, and excel in merchandising, pricing, and authentication, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Merchandising & Sales**
- Act as the lead Watch Merchandiser within the LuxLexicon team.
- Drive watch sales and respond to all technical inquiries from clients.
- Assist with watch sizing, cleaning, and touch-ups to ensure optimal presentation.
- ** Acquisition & Market Research**
- Strategically acquire luxury watch inventory through consignment and direct purchasing.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, maintain a pricing guide, and meet profit margin targets.
- Research new model releases to build a robust knowledge bank for the team.
- Negotiate with sellers for inventory acquisition and maintain a systematic, disciplined approach to procurement.
- ** Authentication & Quality Control**
- Oversee the end-to-end verification and authentication process during seller meetups.
- Conduct regular product training sessions to help the team identify counterfeit features.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality control (QC) and authentication assessments.
- ** Platform Management & Collaboration**
- Manage and update watch listings on Shopify and Carousell platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Website teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects within the Merchandising Team as required

- Experience in selling, pricing, and authenticating luxury watches.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced startup environment and process new information efficiently.
