**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational expertise, support, guidance on all aspects of outsourced work
- Drive outsourcing activities by interfacing with operational teams, support groups and service providers for successful selection, contracting and execution of outsourced studies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and procurement policies and procedures
- Support implementation and management of outsourcing
- Measuring performance of service providers
- Perform site visits on outsourced service providers
- Perform outsourcing review and due diligence on new and/or existing vendors to ensure vendor's solvency and soundness
- Prepare updates to supervisors for business and management reviews
- Responsible for any new initiatives that are assigned from time to time
- Ensure that all outsourcing comply with relevant policies (P & P) and regulatory standards
- Recommends for process improvements relating to outsourcing
- Present to Board of Outsourcing for the annual reviews
- Partner stakeholders to identify process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities
- Streamline and increase efficiency of process improvements to support the growth of Consumer Banking
- Update Approved processes in Product Library
- Perform annual reviews on outsourcing vendors to ensure that vendors are meeting SLA and within standards
- Streamline Processes to ensure optimisation and still comply with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to guide them on outsourcing process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding, acceptance and implementation of any new or revised process
- Adherence to applicable regulatory, compliance, laws and guidelines.
- Ensure that outsourced vendors adhered to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ensure that all Processes comply with relevant policies (P & P) and regulatory standards

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree
- Relevant experience in banking/financial industry
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Visio
- Independent and results-driven
- Strong analytical and organisation skills
- Team player
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to changes
- Good time management
- Stakeholder management
