**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate effectively with other departments of the development team (Design, Tech, Art, etc) to provide constructive feedback and highlight any potential issues and risks;
- Coordinate and manage all testing activities for available QA resources;
- Set up and refine workflow and processes involved to ensure effective and comprehensive testing;
- Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans;
- Track progress of all testing activities and create detailed updates and reports for the management;
- Manage and create relevant bug dashboards in tracking software;
- Perform testing on critical components of the product and/or any testing activity that may not be able to be performed successfully by remaining QA resources;
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies;

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in game QA testing, including at least 2 year live operation experience in PC/mobile games;
- Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes;
- Experience in writing comprehensive and well-structured test plans;
- Experience with sandbox environment testing;
- Experience with mobile device testing requirements;
- Experience with bug tracking and task management software (e.g. JIRA, Trello);
- Possess a keen eye for details and a wild imagination of possible ways to break the product;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills and promote conducive environment for collaboration and team play;

**Bonus**
- Experience working with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine;
- Experience working in other roles such as Design, Tech, Art, etc;
