**Job Details**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing and Legal during contract negotiations and provide suggestions and guidance in order to ensure proper revenue recognition
- Review revenue related contracts for compliance with revenue recognition guidelines, ASC 606 and determine appropriate treatment
- Maintain documentation for all review and compliance work completed
- Lead training on revenue recognition rules, policies and practices within the Company, and in particular within the Sales organization
- Deliver the highest standard of departmental, cross departmental and cross region customer service
- Work with the Revenue Recognition team and respective business partners to develop and maintain SOX Compliance
- Revenue reporting and analysis, as needed
- Lead and assist with other special projects, as needed

**Experience/Skills Required**:

- Proficient in English and advanced Japanese language skills to converse with Japanese counterparts/review documents.
- 3-5+ years combined Big 4 and Industry experience, with relevant revenue recognition experience desired (position will depend on level of experience)
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced, fast growing company where adaptability is imperative
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quickly and present to an audience
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of regional business practices
- Project Management skills including planning, task assignment, status tracking and reporting

**Experience/Skills Desired**:

- CPA
- Ability to build relationships with new and existing executives across functions
- Ability to quickly grasp company operations and business drivers
- Experience in the hi-tech/SaaS industry preferred
- Strong salesforce, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, G-Suite skills highly desirable
