**NOTE**: We are only hiring individuals who can work **onsite in Singapore**. Remote positions are **not available**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Instruct students in robotics using LEGO WEDO 2.0 and LEGO SPIKE Prime kits.
- Deliver engaging, hands-on robotics activities and challenges that encourage problem-solving and creativity.
- Guide and mentor students in preparation for robotics competitions (e.g., National Robotics Competition, FIRST LEGO League).
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different ages and learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes active participation and curiosity.
- Participate in shadow sessions to understand The Young Maker’s teaching approach and classroom dynamics.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the robotics curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in educational robotics and STEM education.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in using LEGO WEDO 2.0 and LEGO SPIKE Prime robotics kits.
- Experience leading student teams in robotics competitions (National Robotics Competition, FIRST LEGO League, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience, especially with young students, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
