Summary
We are searching for a self-driven creative individual who have experience in curation of digital content, Tech savvy with different digital platforms, resources and tools.
You will contribute to flight and cabin crew safety and emergency procedures training through creation of online courses via the use of technology.
You uphold SEP training standards and requirements in accordance to legislated matters. Your role is to create, digitalise SEP training materials and to manage the courses on company learning platform.
You will report to Manager, SEP Training (Flight Operation) and work closely with the SEP training team.
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Create interactive SEP Training and Dangerous Goods e-learning courses to meet regulatory and Company requirements
- Shoot videos, take photos and obtain images/graphics from applicable approved sources or with permission granted for e-learning courses where required.
- Design interactive e-learning courses with excellent and organized written skills to communicate on safety aspects effectively.
- Align and ensure e-learning courses and online assessments meet regulatory requirements and standards in accordance with the approved SEPM, SEPTM, training programme, internal policies, and procedures (where applicable).
- Verify the relevance and accuracy of the contents in the e-learning courses and online assessments with SEP Training Manager, Instructors and Examiners.
- Collaborate with HRBP and relevant stakeholders to ensure interactive SEP courses and online assessments are implemented and accessible on Company’s LMS platform.
- Conduct testing and functionality of e-learning courses and online assessment and ensure plug-ins compatibility (if applicable) on Company’s LMS before the launch. Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and response to learner’s feedback and comments appropriately.
- Regular review and updates of e-learning courses and online assessments to reflect changes in policy and procedures with regards to Safety, Security, Sustainability and Quality and other legislated matters.
- Transfer, store and maintain digital training materials in Company’s storage repository as needed. Ensure backup of e-learning training materials and online assessments when hardware/software are updated or replaced.
- Enforce the appropriate levels of accessibility and security settings on Company’s platform for e-learning courses and online assessments (where required).
- Keep digitalized materials current and accessible for flight and cabin crew on Company’s platform.
- Replace and update new versions of e-learning courses and online assessments on Company’s LMS platform once approved to be released. Archive and segregate obsolete digital assets which is no longer necessary or relevant to SEP Training in an obsolete folder within the electronic system as history for future needs.
- Assist to generate, verify and disseminate completion reports to SEP Training team (when required).
- Any other assignment by SVPFO, Head of Training & Standards or Manager, SEP Training
**Requirements**:
- Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design / Diploma in Digital Design and Development / Professional Diploma in Digitalisation.
- Background in the aviation industry preferred.
- Experience in digital content creation.
- Able to make content decision, work effectively in a team and autonomously, and implement different online project within stipulated time frame. Excellent communication, organisational, analytical and technology skill.
