Salary Range: $3,500 - $3,700 per month
- Location: West
- Working hours: 0730hrs to 1930hrs (Day shift)
- Rotating shift 5 working days 2 off

**Overview
- The SS is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the physical security during his/her shift. The SS, leads, coaches and develops a team of lobby, dock, mobile, escort, rover and gate security officers. The SS monitors the completion of assigned security activities each day. The SS will monitor radio communications, calls for service and timeliness of completing all operational activities by security officers. (Reports to SSS)**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Gather and report all information from daily shift.
- Brief security teams and provide accurate scheduling details.
- Communication of activities on-site to all team members.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals as directed by the SSS.
- Brief SSS on site security incidents - potential or realized.
- Inspect and maintain high standards in relation to officer's appearance and uniform.
- Carry out regular static post and mobile patrol post visits, ensuring security officers are adhering to outlined Global Security Standards.
- Measure and assess the proficiency and effectiveness of security staff to ensure they are meeting vendor and client expectations.
- Ensure a strong communications flow is in place to between site management and security officers.
- Complete a documented shift handover process.
- Engage with security officers individually to support documented staff appraisals, performance and welfare issues.
- Participate, observe and evaluate drills, record in training matrix.
- Review Incident Reports (IRs) written by officers to ensure accuracy.
- Uniformed security personnel as per global standards.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- PLRD SS Certified.
- Supervising experience.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills, ability to instruct and delegate work.
- Strong communication skills with all levels of leadership and staff alike.
- Experience in the use of technology in the workplace.
- Demonstrates integrity and is committed to upholding ethics and organisational values.
