**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**

The Public Works (PW) Director shall be responsible for the full scope of Contractor's responsibility regarding engineering, maintenance, operations and quality management programs supporting the Government. The PW Director shall ensure both prime and subcontractors abide by program, contractual and industrial standards/best practices, where required, which meet the requirements of this contract. This individual shall be sole administrator of the Contractor's/subcontractor's Public Works program(s) (Facilities Management; Facility Investment; Custodial; Pest Control; Integrated Solid Waste Management; Pool; Grounds; Water; Base Supply Vehicles & Equipment; Environmental), having full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards are met.

Position Requirements
The Public Works Director shall be a U.S. citizen and must have a Secret Clearance at the start of the full performance period. An interim clearance is acceptable during the Mobilization/Phase-in period.

**Education**:
The Public Works Director shall be a registered professional engineer licensed by Singapore or the United States for Civil or Structural Engineering.

**Experience**:

- The Public Works Director shall have five years of experience as a manager in a multi-discipline environment comparable to that offered under this contract.
- Experience in a military environment is desired.
- Experience in the same or similar position on a CONUS or OCONUS DOD program like in magnitude, scope and complexity (i.e., program annualized revenues of >$15M; supervision of multiple labor categories) preferred.
- Experience in the same or similar position on an OCONUS DOD program preferred.
- Experience in the same or similar position on a DOD program in the INDOPACOM COCOM strongly preferred.
- General NAVFAC experience and background strongly preferred

Availability: The Public Works Director or designated alternate shall be readily available on-site during regular working hours.
