About the Team
The Monetization Integrity Operations team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue and focus on brand safety and user/Advertister experience.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the safety operation of auto moderation and internet products, ensuring product safety and operation while continuously evaluating, proposing, and executing improvements for existing processes and policies;
2. Identify risks and improvement points in auto moderation and coordinate policy solutions and safety strategies to effectively address the risks;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Auto Moderation operations, Public Policy, QA teams to ensure effective cooperation and implementation of cross-functional operation;
4. Optimising workflows and following up and reviewing projects on a regular basis to continuously improve the quality and output of projects;
5. Build and maintain a network of stakeholders to track new thinking and key policy trends.
**Requirements**:
1. Fluent in English as a working language
2. Bachelor degree or above, ideally with 1-2 years of working experience in the tech/internet/social media/content operation or strategy field;
3. Possess sensitive to content ecology and relevant strategies, strong overall view and excellent logical thinking ability, good at reasoning and analysis;
4. Sense of responsibility and execution, good project management awareness and high problem solving and priority skills; proactive and continuous improvement attitude.
5. Excellent communication, influencing, and management skills, with the ability to quickly respond to complex projects in collaboration with stakeholder teams.
