Elevate Tech was established in 2019 with a mission to tackle the challenges faced by the vertical transportation industry and to solve problems that others have not. Issues such as a shortage of skilled labour and a lack of innovation have made the vertical transportation industry inefficient. To address these challenges, we have developed and operate an IoT platform that provides monitoring, predictive maintenance, maintenance optimisation, and operational optimisation for building owners and maintenance companies.

In 2023, we expanded our platform to support customers in the Industry 4.0 vertical to deliver actionable insights and real-time data that enable predictive maintenance across assets within processing and manufacturing plants.

In addition, we develop software solutions and platforms which leverage data to increase operational efficiency.

**About the Role**
We are looking to hire a junior full stack developer to support the development of software and data platforms. You will work closely with our tech lead, translating requirements into robust technical deliverables, and helping maintain a high standard across codebase and deployments.

**Technology Pillars**:

- Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI)
- NoSQL and SQLDBs (CosmosDB/Dynamo/BigQuery/MSSQL/PostgresSQL/ MySQL)
- Vue3/React/Angular/Flutter

- Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)

**What You Will Do**
- Build custom APIs, dashboards, workflows, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for diverse development projects.
- Implement event-driven microservices and cloud-native features when needed.
- Develop and maintain both frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js, Python) solutions.
- Write documentation and technical concepts for customer-focused deliverables.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, primarily on new development rather than platform maintenance.

**What We Need**
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Quick learner, comfortable with evolving tech stacks and frameworks.
- Team player, effective at both independent and collaborative work.
- Skilled in Python, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), Node.js.
- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), CI/CD, and microservice development.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes a plus).
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and event-driven systems.
- Experience building and deploying dashboards or B2B integrations is a plus.
