**About the Position**

We are seeking an Associate to join the APAC Payments Transformation & Execution team to be based in Singapore. This role will support and in some instances drive a suite of initiatives relating to business transformation, client process optimization and regulatory compliance needs to support business growth and improving client experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Project management and execute/ support strategic initiatives relating to business growth, target operating model, and client experience Support the facilitation of business development opportunities such as new markets, new product rollout, new deals, issue resolution and/or cross-functional productivity
- Partner within the team on quantitative analyses to identity key themes and insights, including ability to source relevant datasets, determine critical components and build appropriate models or outputs
- Experience in collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders such as Product, Sales, Client Service, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Controls
- Engage and participate in cross-region and cross-lines-of-businesses initiatives
- Develop external and internal client facing presentations
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years of transaction banking knowledge in product management/ delivery and/or business transformation initiatives
- Proven track record in project management, delivery and execution of transaction banking initiatives
- Experience in competitive positioning initiatives will be an added advantage
- Experience in engaging stakeholders across different lines-of-businesses and regions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
