**The Role**
The Retail Clerk is primarily responsible for the full spectrum of office management and providing administrative support to business-driven initiatives and projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Attend to pantry needs, meeting rooms and printing room management.
- Attend to outlets’ operational needs and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Attend to all printing needs, uniform and stationery requisitions
- Attend to all office equipment repairs and service reports matching.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including report compilation, minutes taking & filing etc.
- Liaise with vendors in procuring goods and services for operation needs
- Liaise with government agencies / Town Councils / PA, etc.
- Verify bills and process payment.
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum O-level & above with credit in English
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in office management
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Interpersonal skills able to interact with all level of staff
- Pro-active and customer oriented.
- Dynamic team player able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- IT savvy with strong proficiency in MS office - Excel, Words, PowerPoint
- 6 working day
- Singaporeans only
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $1,950.00 per month
