**Hong Tai Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd **is looking for a **Construction Manager **to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Co-ordinate the activities of all work teams on the site to ensure that the project's objectives for cost, time, safety, quality and environmental management are achieved.
- Carry out necessary planning and implement necessary control to ensure that our safety and environmental policies and legislative and contract obligations.
- Ensure project records are accurate and correctly updated and maintained.
- Ensure a site induction process is in place.
- Manage the programme for the project and ensure project planning is undertaken and completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure, in consultation with General Foremen/Foreman, that forward planning is carried out, is achievable and is achieved.
- Ensure daily coordination of all significant works is undertaken through daily pre-starts and all necessary actions applied across the project.
- Ensure the quality of project is delivered at a consistently high level and to meet the requirements of the head contract.
- Ensure that the foremen, leading hands and supervisors on the project/s are made up of skilled and capable teams.
- Ensure direct reports are provided with training, coaching and mentoring to ensure maximum performance.
- Develop a sound succession plan that takes into consideration the career development of team members and adequately addresses their aspirations.
