**Role Overview**:
As a WordPress Developer at The Health and Wellbeing Directory, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our website, focusing on creating user-centric designs and helping us develop a functional, high-performance WordPress site. Your role will be approximately 60% focused on UI/UX design and 40% on WordPress development.

**Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design (60%)**
- Utilise Figma or other popular design tools to create engaging, user-friendly designs.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions.
- Develop visual designs that align with branding and project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with management and other developers to ensure a cohesive vision and user experience.
- **WordPress Development (40%)**
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, leveraging various plugins for enhanced functionality.
- Build websites using Elementor Pro, incorporating Crocoblock plugins like JetEngine and JetFormBuilder for custom solutions.
- Integrate and configure LatePoint for appointment booking functionalities, if applicable.
