Perform method developments to continuously expand laboratory capabilities.
- Knowledge Reliability Analysis, Electrical Characterization
- Perform analysis in accordance to work instructions/SOPs
- Summarise analysis data into test reports and prepare official testing reports to customer.
- Support the Lab and Sales Team when needed.
- Attend to customer on service related to lab and sales enquiries.
- To develop new lab capabilities based on customer's FA analysis requirements.
- Manage compliance with ISO, environmental, safety and health regulations. Support other departments.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
- Perform Technical Support, Engineering Support and Application Support and others as required.
- Perform laboratory housekeeping as and when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in an analytical failure and analysis laboratory in the related field is required for this position.
- Technical Knowledge: scanning electron microscopes, sample preparation and ISO17025 is a plus.
- Skills: Able to analysis and generate reports, summarise analysis data into test reports
- Must have patient, neat and organised with laboratory analytical work.
- Good communication skills and high attention to details.
- Highly committed with ability to work under pressure.
- Will be required to work overtime on weekdays or weekends and Public Holidays, on shift when the need arises.
- Required to travel overseas when required.
