**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Senior Interior Design Drafter / Manager**to support our retail fit-out projects. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and detailed construction documents, working closely with design and project teams to ensure successful execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce detailed technical drawings and layouts based on design briefs and site measurements.
- Convert conceptual designs into accurate shop drawings, joinery details, and construction plans.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, regulatory standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and precision.
- Revise drawings in response to site changes or design updates.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and gather on-site data.
- Support material specification and coordination with design teams.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in retail or interior fit-out.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and site conditions effectively.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Overtime may be required depending on project demands. Compensation will comply with MOM regulations.
