**The Role**

As a Frontend Developer at Refract Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the user interface and user experience of our cutting-edge gaming products. You will work closely with various stakeholders such as product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure that our products deliver an unmatched quality and experience. You will play an integral role in the development, growth, and maintenance of our latest software and technology.

We’re looking for an individual who has a passion for frontend development, and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement frontend features for gaming products
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Develop and implement responsive web designs that are optimized for mobile devices and different screen sizes
- Work with UI/UX designers to ensure a high level of usability and accessibility for the products
- Identify and address performance and scalability issues
- Test and debug code to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Contribute to the development of best practices and processes for frontend development within the organization

- Proven ability in managing deadlines and priorities.
- Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
- Meticulous and high attention to detail.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in using frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Next, etc.
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
