**Smart Device Repair Specialist (Operations) x 20 openings**

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working Time: 9am to 5pm, 11am - 7pm, 12pm to 8pm

Working Hours: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week

Working Location: Chai Chee, near Bedok

Benefits: 14 days Annual leave

Period: 12 months contract, renew yearly

Operational Function:

- Produce output by assembling parts and or sub-assemblies including replacing components and testing.
- Test electronic products, components, and systems.
- Escalates case to customer for them to perform requote procedures.
- Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products and record quality issues.
- Spot check product to ensure quality levels are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in simple English as the common communication language used this working environment is English
- Able to work at least 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday
- Willing to work shift hours
- Good or acceptable vision will be required as some of the tasks require you to deal with very small parts
- Willing to learn about systems, and deal with computers
- Good effort in memorizing the process and procedures
- Not afraid to learn and doesn’t give up easily
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
