**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee new business concept(s) with the goal of generating relevant adjacent new business.
- Identify concept(s) that align to our strategic purpose.
- Build business case(s) with real customer insights and business signals.
- Validate concept(s) against desirability, viability, feasibility and strategic criteria.
- Build and launch new business MVP from 0 to 1 and potentially lead the venture ongoing as part of the core team.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Business, Design, Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience; 5 to 10 years of cumulative experience in a founding team and/or global product team is preferred.
- Experience with raising internal and investment at seed/series.
- Experience in technology and/or tourism, conservation, sustainability sectors; experience in education, gaming sections is a plus.
- Proven track record and global experience in developing and launching products across multiple form factors, especially with digital and/or hybrid experiential products.
- Previous founding team or global product team experience building the business case, gaining stakeholder/investor confidence and progressing through a governance framework is a plus.
- Familiar with business/lean canvas models and ability to demonstrate how you prioritise and execute against your hypothesis.
- Familiar with B2C, B2B and combination of these business models.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration and synergy across diverse teams and partners.
- Strategic thinking and ability to understand macro trends and consumer needs, conceptualise design and develop new strategies/opportunities.
- Adaptable, flexible, willing to grow with an evolving organisation and work scope.
- Highly resilient with an equally high degree of responsibility and accountability.
