**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for financial accounting and tax related work for Asia region
- Preparation of management reports and analysis, providing decision-making support to management for acquisition projects
- Develop more efficient and accurate work procedure by utilizing workflow system and RPA solutions.
- Oversea Entities in charge of accounting matters related to overseas entities such as accounting /tax (incl. transfer pricing) / internal audit / work procedure.
- Proposing and maintain proper accounting methods, policies and principles to ensure overseas entities are operating efficiently & effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- **Min 3 years of experience in handling Asia Pacific Accounts and Finance operations**:

- **Experience in handling large scale merger and acquisitions projects is mandate**:

- Knowledge and experience of financial accounting, tax accounting and cost management
- International Traveling required (At least twice every quarter)
