The Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) is a centre of excellence that facilitates the acceleration of leadership development and strategic human capital management capabilities in Asia. **Responsibilities for this role include**:

- Conduct research on leadership development in Asia, including literature reviews, surveys and interviews, and case studies;
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and provide insights on leadership development trends in Asia;
- Synthesise research findings and present them to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner;
- Collaborate with HCLI colleagues to develop thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, reports, and presentations;
- Support the team in developing learning content for our leadership programmes and workshops;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in leadership development and share insights with the team;
- Assist in the development and implementation of HCLI's leadership programs, including program design, content development, logistics, and delivery;
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions to gather insights and co-create content;
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote HCLI's research and thought leadership activities;
- Respond to stakeholder queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner;
- Participate in networking and outreach events to promote HCLI's activities and engage with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field such as business administration, psychology, organisational behaviour, sociology, or learning sciences
- Strong research skills, including knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesise complex information and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner
- Understanding of the cultural nuances and leadership development trends in Asia
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, NVivo)
- The researcher will report to the Head of Research and work closely with the HCLI team, including Programme Directors and Managers.
