Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in a business intelligence/statistical analyst role
- Proficient, professional, in-depth working knowledge of Tableau Advanced SQL
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge and experience using scripting language (e.g., Python) for data gathering, cleansing and statistical analysis
- Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Strong and effective written and oral communication to clearly convey findings and recommendations

Key Job Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to solve business problems through the use of statistical and/or machine learning models
- Build new analytical tools, interfacing with business and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with business users on requirements, objectives and measures
- Build and manage Tableau workbooks and dashboards
- Provide input and recommendations on technical issues to data engineering and software engineering teams
- Contribute to data design, data modelling and data extracts/transforms
- Work in a genuinely global environment, across various functional teams
- Interface with other teams to extract, transform and load data
- Drive process efficiency and automation
- Drive adoption of analytical tools across business stakeholders

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a business intelligence/statistical analysis role
- Working knowledge of Quicksight
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
- Experience using R, SAS, or other statistical packages
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to articulate program recommendations, balance tradeoffs, drive consensus and gain support by utilizing excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
