Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures proper checks and security records are in place for traceability on all physical access into the yard premises
- Patrols property and controls access points to ensure company’s assets are protected and premises are secured
- Attends to enquiries from visitors and employees pertaining to access control in a professional manner
- Conducts crowd and traffic control consistent with protection and prevention objectives
- Ensures compliance of workplace safety, ISPS security and fire-safety procedures and preventive measures are adhered to
- Conducts regular checks and inspections to ensure building facilities are maintained at a high standard
- Monitors and ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturer's instructions
- Troubleshoots malfunctions, calls for repairs and evaluates new equipment and techniques
- Assumes duties during fire evacuations/ emergencies, and conducts preliminary investigations in the event of any outbreak or accident
- Records observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviews witnesses and obtains signatures from relevant party
- Reports to senior team members on any irregularities, unsafe conditions, and / or missing or inoperative fire or safety equipments Maintains company’s good standing and reputation by complying with legal requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum N-Level
- Able to perform shift duties
- Valid SIRD / PLRD Licence is a plus
- Without SIRD / PLRD license welcome with good work attitude ( Will be sent for certification)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Effective visual, aural, oral, tactile and ambulatory abilities WSQ Certificate (Handle security incidents and services & Provide guard and patrol services)
