**What the role is**
- Operations Planning and Monitoring Department (OPMD) holds the operations planning and monitoring function of the Place Management and Operations Division (PMOD), including building a sensing capability with data from markets and hawker centres. It drives transformative initiatives, such as SG Clean/Clean Tables/Clean Toilets/Environment Sanitation (ES) Regime to shore up our public health resilience.

**What you will be working on**
- You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement strategies to enhance standard of cleanliness and hygiene in markets and hawker centres, and drive operations excellence within the Division. You will be responsible for the following:

- Monitor and review Division’s records to ensure information are accurate and up-to-date
- Consolidate and analyse statistics to monitor trends and to support the Division’s decision making process
- Develop, review or verify operational processes to drive operations excellence.
- Develop, review or verify monitoring methodologies to enhance the Division’s management of markets and hawker centres
- Manage and co-ordinate with the various stakeholders to ensure operations are carried out effectively and efficiently.
