Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client

Work Location: Commonwealth MRT

Salary Range : $2,300-$27,00

Shifting 24 x 7

1. Shift time - 8am-8pm

2. 44 hours per week (5.5 days of work)

3. Monday - Sunday (including public holiday)

**Job Description**:
1. Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.

2. Liaise with other support teams, or productteams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.

3. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

4. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
