This is the regional office of a US MNC located in Memphis TN, USA, This Singapore operation was established since 1996. They have been serving customers from the Asia Pacific region for the last 28 years. Their major customers are in the M & E Industry consisting of contractors, distributors and MNCs. With a wide range of products namely HVAC transmitters, Indoor Environment Monitor Systems, Industrial transmitters and measurement probes etc, their target market is the building automation and HVAC industry.

**Job Description & Requirements**

This role requires a pro-active person who can work effectively as part of the team. Possess good communication skills both written and spoken. Highly responsible and able to work under tight timelines with good organisational, time management, and analytical skills.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with knowledge in HVAC Controls & Instrumentation for Mechanical & Electrical Industry or equivalent.
- 2 years relevant working experience in the HVAC industry will be an added advantage.
- Is prepared to work on site.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.

**Duties include**:
1. Liaise with consultants and coordinate site activities with relevant contractors and customers.

2. Provide technical support to customers.

3. Liaise with relevant contractors, conduct joint testing and maintain work schedule.

4. Prepare service reports upon job completion.

5. Perform troubleshooting independently.

6. Liaising with team members and other technical personnel.

7. Provide technical sales and operational support to other team members.

8. Provide training to customers upon job completion.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
