**Responsibilities**:
The AV Technician shall carry out the operation, maintenance and management of the audio-video system not limited to the following:
Audio video system;
TV monitor;
Remote controller; and

Video and data projector.

The AV Technician shall provide the following functions to the users as follows:
Assist event appointed organiser on setting up their systems;
Advise event appointed organiser on setting up their systems;
Advise all users on the requirements in using the auditorium;
Service and maintenance of all AV system and equipment;
The AV Technician shall provide assistance to users in the set up and operation of the AV system and equipment during and after the user’s event. The AV Technician shall set up the equipment on the actual day of the event. All equipment shall be dismantled immediately after the event..

The AV Technician shall carry out its equipment checks as follows:
Conduct functional check of all equipment to ensure in working order before handover to the users;
Conduct functional check of all equipment to ensure in working order when taking over from users after an event; and

Report breakdown to the Authority and make arrangements with OEM vendors for repairs.

Maintain inventory list of all AV system and equipment.
