**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**
- Delivery excellent service to guests, introduce and promote a suite of services.
- Perform cashiering duties, handle cash and/or contactless transaction using POS. Ensure daily opening, closing and reconciliation of sales.
- Take order, prepare, handle and serve food, beverage, snacks to guest.
- Perform and maintain hygiene, cleanliness, housekeeping in the work area.
- Setup, operate equipment, audio, visual systems, conferencing devices and others.
- Ensure timely stocks, supplies replenishment and stock take.
- Assist on administrative works & customer service duties like online booking, issuance of tickets and reporting.
- Assist in events and other works assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Min 'O' Level qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to converse in English
- Team player, pleasant disposition and good communication skills
- Willing to work on weekends
