**Job Description**:
**Primary Objective**
- Meet the financial KPI for trading on profitability.
- Ensure compliance to policies and guidelines.
- Market Maker for FX majors and SGD crosses.
- Work with the sales desk to facilitate customer business and to develop trade ideas that meet client requirements.
- Provide market commentary.

**Key Responsibilities**

Interbank Trading
- Achieve profitability of the FX trading desk, with a target budget and within position limits.
- Proprietary trading in major currencies.
- Maker Market for FX SGD cross currencies.

Facilitation of Customer Business
- Work with the Advisory/ Sales desk to handle customer business and to develop trade ideas that meet client requirements.
- Take part in joint calls with Treasury RMs to provide technical expertise in treasury instruments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience trading FX & FX Forwards in a reputable Financial Institution
- Strong understanding of Financial Markets
- Good Numeric Skills and IT Skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and make rational decisions under conditions of uncertainty and risk
