**How you will create an impact**:

- Work on solving interesting problems for clients in the space of commercial excellence, i.e. pricing, sales and go to market, or all activities related to growth topics
- Work across different industries, e.g. B2B, B2C, software, life sciences etc. in solving client’s commercial problems
- Work with data, leveraging tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc. to conduct deep and meaningful analyses. Draw insights to solve client’s problems and give recommendations
- End-to-end ownership of workstreams within projects, which entails collecting data, conducting deep analysis, drawing insights, creating slides & engaging with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the Singapore office

**Your profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience is a must have
- 3 years of work experience in top tiers is highly desirable
- MBA degree from a top tier university is highly desirable
- Ability to manage a small team of consultants in leading client engagements is a must
- Strong interest, understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting is a must
- Ability to breakdown problems in manageable chunks and helping junior consultants problem solve is a must
- Clear and top down communication is a must
- Interest in growth topics, GTM, pricing and sales is good to have
- Fluency in business English (written and spoken) is a must
- Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively is a must
- Enthusiasm for working in teams is a must
- Customer-oriented thinking is a must
- Flexibility and willingness to travel is a must
