The Databricks Sales Specialist organization is a team of sales professionals that deliver significant revenue into cloud partners' customers/end-users. This team focuses on the full sales motion (prospecting to closure) to accelerate the success of Databricks and its partners. We are hiring sales professional that can drive the way and collaborate multi-threaded, value-based sales campaigns.

Reporting to the GM Cloud Partnership Sales, the Cloud Sales Manager will lead the direct sales effort of GCP Databricks alongside GCP, while coordinating revenue generating activities with the Databricks sales organization.

Experience leading an enterprise software sales team in a complicated matrix/v-team and collaboration with SI/consulting partners is paramount. You will have deep experience working with large technology cloud platform providers, enterprise sales cycles experience, be customer-oriented, excel in a "team selling" approach and have discipline in working with a value-based sales process.

**The impact you will have**:

- Build and develop business / use cases for business and technical champions.
- Work with directly with customers to promote demand and measure the business value from use cases
- Collaboration with key partner sales leadership (i.e. GCP).
- Build and implement sales plays (horizontal and vertical) jointly with GCP and SI partners
- Work with GCP to accelerate consumption of GCP Databricks
- Ensure customer success with the platform, both commercially with business outcomes and technically

**What we look for**:

- 6+ years in enterprise software sales, prefferably in Data and AI in the Cloud
- Understanding of the GCP landscape & ASEAN/ India Markets
- Proven, tangible results building territories and building on an enterprise software sales motions
- Use case / challenger selling instinct and ability to identify opportunities for Databricks with partners as well as ability to work collaboratively with Databricks teams
- Appreciates what technology does for customers and their business.
- MBA preferred
