Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior.
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 3 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime. Prepare handover form and handover the works to deputy

MANAGERIAL
- Manage and lead the project team.
- Lead to control the quality of production to exceed or meet the client's expectations.
- Manage co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in the project.
- Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Ensure all authority related requirements are followed during excution of work, liase with auothorities if required.
- To instruct project leads to develop their own JSJD and monitor their performance based on their JSDS.
- Manage project scope and changes and escalate the issues where necessary
- Monitor project progress and performance
- Conduct management and project related training to the team members, whenever is required.
- Manage project execution within the defined budget.
- To Monitor subcontractors work and attend weekly/monthly meeting to ensure the excution is smooth.
- Monitor the manpower and machinery movement closely to ensure all resources are used properly.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $6,344.00 - $9,516.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction manager: 10 years (preferred)
