Trainer and Content Development Specialist

This role focuses on contents development, delivering both WSQ and non-WSQ courses, overseeing service standards at designated outlets, and preparing proposals for submission to Workforce Singapore.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Training**
- Conduct classroom and practical training in food safety, workplace safety, and other relevant courses (both WSQ and non-WSQ).
- Conduct and grade assessments and exams.
- Ensure proper training setups, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with governance policies in pre-course and post-course administration.

**Outlet observation during operations**
- Collaborate with brand head to coach Service ACEs for optimal performance.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to mid-management teams for improved performance appraisals.
- Oversee learning and development plans to bridge gaps and enhance outlet performance.

**Curriculum Development**
- Align course content with learning outcomes and national skills framework.
- Handle inquiries from assessors and auditors on course materials.

**Job Requirements**
- Practical knowledge of mapping to the national skills framework and grant schemes
- Certified in ACTA/ACLP and DACE/DDDLP
- Courseware development experience
- Self-reliant with good leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in English communication
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Training Management Systems (LMS)
