Senior Product Delivery Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for supporting partnering institution's full go-live lifecycle (pre-sales, solution design, integration, go-live and after-sales operational excellence);
- Act as the internal product advocate for our partners to drive product inprovement strategy and contribute to the overall product roadmap
- Formulate new internal processes and rollout plans which involve coordinating acros multiple internal functions including operations, product and technical teams for new product features releases
- Client engagements to ensure the best implementation and cross-border remittance best experience and practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business/ Finance / Economics / Computer Science, with strong interests in developing a career in FinTech payment space.
- Minimum 5 years of global experience in digital payment and remittance space, with extensive experience in implementation, product management, product delivery, product solutionining and client support.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin in order to manage internal and external stakeholders from vast backgrounds and craft technical documents and materials in both languages
- Being innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly, while dealing with many varied product support requests and challenges
- Possess excellent team management capabilities, project management, and resource coordination capabilities, and able to effectively accelerate implementation of cooperation projects
