**Description**
- This role forms a key part of the regional technology Leadership of the media agency and manages a team of IT consultants, business analysts, project managers, data engineers, software engineers and data visualisation experts delivering technology solutions with the business. Our overarching mission is to Implement technology that improves ways of working for ourselves and our clients.
- The role is responsible for managing a geographically distributed team while nurturing their culture and development in collaboration with other agency and industry leaders.
- Finally, ensuring commitments made to clients are specific and deliverable (and ideally exceeded) The role will **grow the APAC client project portfolio and revenue, **focusing on Client data reporting and technology projects.

**All About you**
- Are you an experienced data and technology leader with a depth of knowledge in data reporting and technology in the media and marketing space? You enjoy bringing new ideas to solve old and new problems and you are skilled at evaluating and creating solutions, working with a variety of people across the business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage both local and global stakeholders
- Ability to influence and manage senior client stakeholders (media managers, marketing directors and country heads)
- Demonstrable experience gained within a matrix management structure and specific capability at developing and sharing knowledge and developing team(s) and resource capabilities
