**Key Responsibilities**:

- Primarily handle installing, configuring, and supporting firewalls to ensure network security.
- Troubleshooting network problems and reducing downtime.
- Monitor network performance and optimize configurations to improve speed and reliability.
- Provide technical support for network-related problems and solutions to internal teams.
- Conduct regular network audits and maintain documentation for network setups and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security and compliance with standards.
- Install and configure networking hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery procedures for network devices.

**Key Requirements**:

- 5 years’ experience as a Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Required certifications: CCNA and CCNP.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and network security practices.
- A bachelor's degree in network engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of network management software and technologies.
