**Your role**
- Are you passionate about being part of the investment process that manages funds on behalf of clients? Do you have a natural attention to details, and obsessed with ensuring that things run smoothly and constantly on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency? We are looking for someone like that to help us:
- support management of fixed income discretionary portfolios
- preparation of regular compliance and business reports, maintenance of investment modules
- coordinate the generation of marketing and sales materials, including assisting with ad hoc client requests.
- contribute to the macro and credit investment decision process, including liaising with CIO Research colleagues globally
- work with trade coordination team on the consolidation and uploading of team trades
- management of standard portfolios
- support Client Investment Specialist with requests to facilitate client pitches and reviews

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Global Mandate Investment Content ("GMIC") team in Singapore. GMIC team is the product manager responsible for all mandate solutions within UBS.
- You will be part of the GMIC Asia fixed income Investment Committee. Our team is mainly responsible for single bond portfolio management and performance, including global credit coverage. Our portfolio managers also participate in client reviews and pitches of ultra-high net worth accounts.

**Your expertise**
- a university degree, preferably majoring in finance &/or economics
- 1-3 years' experience in portfolio support or credit analysis/monitoring
- hands-on experience with single bonds will be an advantage
- strong excel and power point skills. Ability to handle macros, VBA will be an advantage
- working knowledge of Bloomberg
- a strong team player who takes initiative
- a concise and accurate worker, with a keen attention to details
- keen to serve the client through a team approach
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- a client-focused, results-oriented team player with highest standards of ethical and professional behavior
- a great communicator, you know how to speak with people at all levels
