**About the Role**

InsurAce is the leading multi-chain DeFi insurance protocol, providing reliable, robust and secure DeFi insurance services to the DeFi users. We have a highly professional team working globally to deliver high quality products and services. We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time research analyst within our product research and design function.

**Responsibilities**
- Research on Crypto / DeFi related products, and contribute to the development and improvement of the existing products
- Work as product manager to work with technology members to develop the product
- Conduct operations on the current product, monitor the platform indicators, and provide support to customers
- Regularly review competitor dynamics to benchmark initiatives and broaden understanding of the industry landscape
- Proactively identify existing and emerging issues and devise solutions to manage these issues successfully
- Write intelligence or analysis reports clients, where necessary

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a similar role, at least 3 years of experience is preferred
- BS degree or equivalent from a renowned university is required
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is a must, mandarin is a big plus
- Crypto and/or DeFi experience is a big plus
