**Work Information**:

- Working Days: Saturdays/Sundays and PH
- Able to commit 2 to 4 days a month
- Opening hours: 12pm-8:30pm(Weekdays), 11am-8:30pm(Weekends)
- Location: 37 Keong Saik Road (Chinatown/Outram Park/Tanjong Pagar MRT)

**Job Expectations**:

- Provide refraction and dispensing services
- Assist customers in the frontend role by providing personalized product recommendations, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and offering valuable advice.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and service skills with an outgoing and cheerful outlook.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, both in-person and online.
- Contribute to order management and fulfillment processes.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Fully Registered Optician with OOB
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Technologically proficient, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and a strong team player.
