Professional in charge of managing the regional team responsible in executing field operations tasks for OTSAW Products including but not limited to Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Driving team members and leading performance reviews to ensure an engaged and skilled workforce
- Planning and monitoring of the field operations activities to ensure smooth progress and completion
- Ensuring all field operations related tasks are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Monitor the status and progress of all technical issues from Tier 1 to 3 to ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement
- Training and guiding of team members to execute field operations tasks according to the official workflow and procedure
- Overseeing of day-to-day field operations and delegating of tasks to the team members
- Monitoring of field operations tickets and ensuring timely resolution or completion of the issues / requests
- Communicating with end users and internal teams to ensure quality of works and services
- Preparing and overseeing of all field operations-related documentations for submission to the relevant parties
- Working closely with Department Head to ensure all operations related matters will be attended accordingly
- Performing of team roles and responsibilities whenever necessary to meet the team’s KPI

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields
- Relevant certificate or license will be an added advantage
- Proven work experience as Robotics Field Manager or similar role
- Strong background in robotics/mechanical/electrical/computer engineering
- Knowledge and experience in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting
- Strong working knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
- Meticulous, organized and able to keep tight timelines with good communication and technical support skills
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving skills, decision-making, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lead a group of engineers and technicians and delegates tasks accordingly
- Comfortable travelling locally and overseas on a short notice
- Possessing a valid driving license will be an added advantage
- Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, Jira, Confluence)
