**Your new company**

Hays is working with a leading commercial construction fit out company to recruit an estimator to join a high-performing commercial team. Based out of the centrally located Singapore office, you will work on refurbishment and new build fit out projects.

**Your new role**
- Formulation and submission of tenders
- Quantifying, pricing, estimation
- Client, subcontractor and colleague liaison/negotiation
- Preparation of cost plans and cost estimates Visit the site to carry out inspection and create a report summary

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have a minimum of 5 years estimation experience working on various projects within commercial fit out
- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction or similar.
- Understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry. Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project
