We are looking for a talented and responsible researcher to support the scientific research and the engineering practice in perception, embodied intelligence and robotic foundation model learning.

Key Responsibilities:
The Research Associate will work on a project to conduct research on development of vision-language-action models for manipulation used in household service and manufacturing. The roles of this position include:
- Develop robotic foundation models for generalizable robot manipulation based on vision-language-action models- Develop efficient manipulation learning framework from human instructional videos or generated data and reduce the data demand for policy learning- Develop a generalizable manipulation system to complete diverse tasks in household service and manufacturing deployment scenarios

Job Requirement- Master in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field- 1-year research experience in related area- Expertise in robotic manipulation systems- Knowledge in robotic foundation models- Publication track record is an advantage- Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as ROS and Python- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - able to communicate complex concepts clearly and accurately
